Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You :

Are at least 18 years old and hold the necessary credentials for an Assistant Teacher in Texas, which include the ability to pass a background check and a high school diploma or its equivelent.

Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!

  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
