Your New Role

As a Residential Plumber, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch plumbing services to our residential clients.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like :

• Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services, including pipe fitting, drain cleaning, water heater installation, and fixture replacement.
• Diagnose plumbing issues, provide accurate assessments, and propose effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, addressing concerns and explaining the scope of work.
• Identify and suggest additional services and products to enhance the customer's plumbing system.
• Prepare and present estimates and quotes for plumbing services.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly used and maintained.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a residential plumber with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Valid plumbing license and certifications as required by local regulations.
