Seeking an experienced RN for a 36-bed adult inpatient Solid Tumor Oncology Unit
The RN is responsible for assuring competent, compassionate, individualized, nursing care for specific patients, including delegation to and supervision of non-professional clinical and support staff.
The RN is responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of a designated group of patients. Nurses collaborate with the Nursing Director and members of the Patient Care Team to achieve optimal Patient outcomes.
They also collaborate with the patient toward meeting the needs and expectations of the patient.
Staff nurses ensure that care is safe, efficient, effective, timely and meets the cultural, spiritual, and ethnic needs of each patient.

Qualifications
- Qualified candidates will possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
- Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required.
- Oncology RN experience preferred, will consider 3-5 years of medical RN experience.
- Day / night rotation.
