Key Responsibilities :

• Assess, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the foot and lower extremities.
• Provide diabetic foot care and preventive wound management.
• Educate patients and caregivers about foot health and mobility preservation.
• Collaborate with nursing facility staff to ensure patient-centered care.
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure superior patient outcomes.
• Document clinical encounters using NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.
