Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software product development with 3+ working as an enterprise or solutions architect.
- 5+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Ability to drive velocity in a highly matrixed environment, partnering with numerous stakeholders.
- Full-stack development experience with AI technologies / tools and apply it to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with AI technologies such as SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, DialogFlow, Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, SwiftUI (iOS), Kotlin (Android) and back-end technologies such as Java, Typescript, Spring, Express (NodeJS).
- Prior working experience in a cloud computing environment like AWS / GCP is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working in teams that have built AI native applications for 1+ years.
- Demonstrates ability to research & learn new technologies and business processes independently and apply them as needed.
- Demonstrated track record of facilitative leadership, influence, and collaboration across boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels - from front line engineers and non-technical stakeholders, to senior leaders in engineering or at the executive level.
- Masterful technical documentation and presentation skills to communicate architectural and design options, educating development teams and business.
- Strong business acumen to be able to bridge technical and business priorities.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- BS / MS in Computer Science or related area, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities
- Drive velocity in the organization by accelerating customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and driving key opportunities across the company.
- Collaborate with leadership within Mailchimp, as well as company leadership, to set the technical vision for Product Development.
- Drive significant technical initiatives spanning multiple capability teams across Intuit and Mailchimp.
- Execute with a boundaryless mindset and contribute to solutions outside of their primary area of ownership.
- Knowledge of building AI native applications.
- Guide the applicability of AI to customer problems through a deep understanding of the value and limitations of AI technologies.
- Advocate for the highest standards for engineering design, implementation, and testing.
- Improve and maintain Mailchimp's ability to leverage data and AI for personalized marketing experiences while respecting compliance, privacy guidelines.
- Partner with engineering leaders across Intuit to identify areas across people, process, and technology to dramatically improve velocity.
- Provide technical leadership and be a role model and mentor to engineers.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $245,500 - $332,500, Bay Area California $247,500 - 335,000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
