Manager of Challenging Projects for Plastic Injection Molding
- Must possess a minimum of five years of plastic injection molding experience and experience managing large projects with complex requirements
- The salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 and will depend on qualifications
- Candidates must be either a United States citizen or a Green Card holder
- This position requires onsite work and does not offer remote options

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities :
- Overseeing, organizing, and managing multiple complex plastic injection molding projects
- Ensuring projects adhere to schedules and budgets
- Developing and fostering customer relationships
- Preparing project quotes, proposals, and negotiating contracts
- Maintaining project documentation
- Acting as a liaison between customers, employees, and management
The ideal candidate will possess the following background :
- Minimum of five years of experience managing large and complex projects
- Minimum of five years of experience in plastic injection molding
- Minimum of two years of experience in contract negotiation
- Minimum of two years of experience working with production on complex projects
- Stable work history
- Must be a US citizen or possess a Green Card
- Residence within a 45-minute commute is required
