We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Construction Manager to join our team for a large-scale fiber to the home deployment project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations, develops project plans, and monitors performance. Essential Responsibilities :

• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes
• Leads the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs, and oversees incident investigations
• Reviews and updates construction schedules, addresses delays, and contributes to project schedules
• Estimates activity durations and materials for complex projects
• Working knowledge of reporting and tracking of financial aspects of the project
• Participates in subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement and negotiations
• Sets priorities and allocates resources as needed for the entire field team
• Provides leadership and mentorship to project staff and Superintendents
