Senior Survey Project Manager
A leading land surveying and civil engineering firm serving clients across North Carolina and the East Coast for over thirty years, is looking for a Senior Survey Project Manager.

They're looking for a Senior Survey Project Manager for their Charlotte office. This role involves overseeing land surveying projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and satisfactory completion.
Collaborating closely with our team, including surveyors, engineers, and administrators, the Senior Survey Project Manager plays a pivotal role in project execution.
Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple construction surveying projects from inception to completion, meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in conjunction with clients and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits for progress monitoring and safety compliance.
- Review and approve project documentation.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff.
Requirements :
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in SC
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in land surveying or civil engineering.
- Minimum 10 years' land surveying experience, with 5 years in project management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and land surveying tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong relationships.

Compensation : $90k to $130k (based off experience)
