Senior Service Designer
Responsibilities
- You will serve as a consultant, collaborating directly with our clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Working closely with our client services team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Your role will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct user-centered design research and usability studies to gain valuable insights.
- Collaborate with the Designit client services team to develop comprehensive strategies and proposals.
- Lead project execution, ensuring the fulfillment of client needs and project goals.
- Provide guidance and recommendations, contributing to the success of the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product or user experience design, with a strong focus on usability research.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a consulting capacity.
- Proficiency in solution design, execution, and delivering tangible results.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovative solutions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Senior-level experience or readiness to step into a senior lead role.
- Willingness to work in our Houston Client’s office a few times a week.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (design, business, or equivalent).
