Responsibilities

  • You will serve as a consultant, collaborating directly with our clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Working closely with our client services team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Your role will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct user-centered design research and usability studies to gain valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Designit client services team to develop comprehensive strategies and proposals.
  • Lead project execution, ensuring the fulfillment of client needs and project goals.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations, contributing to the success of the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product or user experience design, with a strong focus on usability research.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a consulting capacity.
  • Proficiency in solution design, execution, and delivering tangible results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovative solutions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Senior-level experience or readiness to step into a senior lead role.
  • Willingness to work in our Houston Client’s office a few times a week.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (design, business, or equivalent).
