Important Note :
Were seeking candidates with a proven sales background who can make an immediate impact. Unfortunately, recent graduates or applicants without relevant sales experience will not be considered.
Experience in bartending or waiting tables does not qualify as the necessary sales experience.
Your Role :
- Work with warm leadsno cold calling!
- Take charge of your schedule to maximize consulting opportunities.
- Achieve and surpass daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Assist clients in achieving financial freedom by providing guidance on debt restructuring and other financial strategies.
What Were Looking For :
- A minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience or a Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and the ability to manage multiple systems seamlessly.
- A strong drive for success, a positive attitude, and a passion for learning and growth.
- Exceptional listening skills, empathy, and a consultative approach.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to work evenings to boost your earnings.
