Direct Care Worker - Behavioral Unit ($25 / hr)

As a Direct Care Worker, you'll play a crucial role in providingcare and support to individuals with behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities :
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), includingbathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Implement behavioral management strategies and interventions asdirected by the treatment team.
- Monitor and document patient behavior and responses to interventions.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals duringchallenging situations.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients, including handlingrestraints when necessary.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 6 months experience assisting with ADLs.
- Prior experience working with behavioral patients preferred.
- Comfortable handling restraints when needed.
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or willingness to get vaccinated.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
