KeyResponsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls from customers andprovide accurate information regardingproducts / services.
- Resolve customer issuesefficiently and effectively while ensuring customersatisfaction.
- Doent all customer interactionsin our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues tothe appropriate department whennecessary.
- Maintain a positive empathetic andprofessional attitude toward customers at alltimes.
- Meet or exceed performance metricsrelated to call handling customer feedback and resolutiontime.
- Participate in training sessions tomaintain current knowledge of ourproducts / services.
Qualifications :
- Previousexperience in a call center or customer service role is aplus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonalss.
- Strong problemsolving abilities andconflict resolution ss.
- Ability to multitaskand manage time effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
- A positive attitude and theability to work well in ateam.
