Shift Differentials :
- 7am - 3pm, Sat & Sun, $2.00 / hour
- 3pm - 11pm, Sat & Sun, $8.00 / hour
- 11pm - 7am, Sat & Sun, $6.00 / hour
Weekend Warrior Incentive :
All LPNs working every Saturday or every Sunday in a month will be eligible to receive an additional $5.00 / hour in addition to base pay and any applicable shift differential.
Hours Available :
- 7am - 3pm (Part-time, Per Diem)
- 3pm - 11pm (Part-time, Per Diem)
- 11pm - 7am (Part-time, Per Diem)
LPNs with MA License encouraged to apply as we may be able to provide assistance with state reciprocity.

- Responsibilities : *
- Creating an environment of resident-centered care.
- Ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
- Monitoring, assessing, and addressing licensed nurse aide compliance with their job responsibilities.
- Fostering the team environment and a positive culture.
- Providing / ensuring continual delivery of high-quality care.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Active NH LPN license in good standing.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize.
- Strong clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 1 year of experience in a nursing role within a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
- Experience with PCC electronic medical records a plus.
- Sign on bonus not applicable to per diem hires.
