Real Estate Sales Representative
Professionals Applecross Ardross are looking for a dynamic, go-getting Real Estate Representative to join our friendly and sociable team.

Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and building new relationships with sellers, buyers and investors.
- Securing new business and negotiating with potential clients.
- Conducting market research and appraisals.
- Working with the property management team to uncover in-house business leads.
- Working closely with the property management team for seamless tenant transitions.
- Cataloguing and detailing land, buildings and businesses for sale or lease and arranging advertising.
- Assessing buyers’ needs and locating properties and businesses for their consideration.
- Accepting and listing properties and businesses for sale and lease.
- Conducting private and open inspections.
What You Need :
- A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.
- Direct experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Leadership attributes and mindset.
- A friendly, client-focused attitude.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Well presented.
- Current Certificate of Registration for a Sales Representative.
