Responsibilities : Perform patient care efficiently and effectively through practice and communication with patients and other staffProvide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering patientsAssess patient condition, administer medication, change dressings, monitor vital signs, keep records, and provide patients with support and educationCoordinate care plan for patients to ensure best outcomes.

We offer free onsite parking just steps from building. We are currently staffing at 1 : 9-10 due to staffing vacancies. As we onboard more travelers we anticipate the ratio to decrease.
2 plus years of current experience in Med Surgical acute care setting w / some Peds experience as they do get PEDS on this unit.
Must be able to care for adults and pediatrics. Patient ratio 1 : 5, BLS, ACLS & PALS Required DISCLOSURE : ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36 / 48 for the two week pay period unless notated otherwise.
Ratios can fluctuate with census, call ins, etc. Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered.
Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded with in 24 hrs. of accepting offer.Performs duties in the following areas : Medical / Surgical Units, Emergency Department, Critical Care, Telemetry, Psychiatric Unit, Joint Replacement Center and Childbirth Center.
Must be able and willing to work in all departments as needed and directed. Interacts with patients within any of the following populations : pre, intra, and post-partum, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric with a variety of clinical needs and with adults on an interdisciplinary level;
