Job Responsibilities :

1. Customer Service : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, provide timely responses to customer needs, resolve customer issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Communication Coordination : Maintain timely communication with the headquarters in China to ensure smooth information flow.

3. Customer Guidance : Guide customers toward a positive perception of the company, alleviating any negative perceptions.

4. Issue Summarization : Summarize and analyze the primary after-sales and customer issues, and promptly escalate unresolved issues to the Research and Development team and Field Application Engineers (FAE).

Job Requirements :

1. Experience : Experience in robotic phone customer service is preferred.

2. Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.

3. Team Collaboration : Ability to collaborate with a multinational team and possess cross-cultural communication skills.

4. Problem Solving : Capable of quickly resolving problems and maintaining professionalism under pressure.

5. Customer Focus : A customer-centric approach, actively maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
