Job Details
Mid-level associate with three to seven years of experience to join its Labor & Employment practice based in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or Dayton, Ohio.
Experience counseling clients on a variety of employment issues and representing clients in single plaintiff and class / collective action employment litigation.
The ideal candidate also has some traditional labor experience with issues under the National Labor Relations Act and handling NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings, grievances and labor arbitration.
A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills required. Counsel level candidates will be considered for our Chicago and Washington, DC offices as well the offices identified above.
