A company is looking for a Digital Transformation Client Success Account Manager, responsible for managing customer satisfaction and success in digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned digital transformation accounts, addressing client requests and issues
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions
Monitor client usage of solutions to ensure effective adoption and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management
Experience in a Technology, BPO, or Digital Transformation services environment is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and project / task management tools
Additional experience may substitute formal education
