The holiday season is our busiest and most exciting time of year. As a Seasonal Production Operator, you’ll be part of the team that ensures every product is made, finished, and shipped with care. This short-term role offers hands-on experience across multiple departments and the chance to make a direct impact on customer happiness during the holiday rush.

Job Overview

The Seasonal Production Operator is a cross-trained position supporting one or more departments in the production process. Depending on assignment, operators may work with machines, perform finishing and quality checks, package items for shipment, or support inventory and shipping operations. Training schedules may begin with reduced hours until production ramps up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment such as printers, embroidery machines, or lasers (training provided as needed).
  • Perform finishing tasks, including trimming, cleaning, or assembling products for a polished presentation.
  • Inspect products for personalization accuracy, quality, and presentation.
  • Package completed items securely using branded or protective packaging.
  • Assist with receiving, scanning, and staging products in shipping areas.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and support other departments during peak demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive, hands-on role.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet daily production goals.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
  • Prior experience in production, warehouse, packaging, or quality control is a plus but not required.
  • Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Strong visual acuity for quality inspection and order accuracy.
  • Seasonal Schedules

  • Employment runs early–mid October through mid-December (exact dates depend on production volume).
  • Training schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm
  • Training schedules may begin with reduced hours until the season fully ramps up.

  • Our production schedule is scaled with holiday demand. Your preference for day and night shifts is used when assigning shifts as the season progresses.

    16 / 5 (Mon–Fri)

    Shift A : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

  • Shift B : 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM
  • 24 / 5 (Mon–Fri)
  • Shift A : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

  • Shift B : 4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM
  • Shift C : 12 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 AM
  • 24 / 7 (Continuous Coverage)
  • Off every other Thu–Fri and every other Sat–Sun (rotation)

    Shift 1 : Mon–Wed 8 : 00 AM–2 : 00 PM, Thu–Sun 8 : 00 AM–8 : 00 PM

  • Shift 2 : Mon–Wed 2 : 00 PM–8 : 00 PM, Thu–Sun 8 : 00 AM–8 : 00 PM
  • Shift 3 : Mon–Wed 8 : 00 PM–2 : 00 AM, Thu–Sun 8 : 00 PM–8 : 00 AM
