About The Position
Job Title : Dialysis Technician Job Specialty : Dialysis Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 10-hour days Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 2 years License : California Dialysis Tech License required Certifications : BLS, Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) Must-Have : Availability for scheduling as-needed based on clinic needs and census Job Description : Work in a dialysis clinic setting with a focus on post-acute care.
- Operate and manage BBraun dialysis machines efficiently.- Care for a patient roster of 85 individuals using 24 machines.
- Be flexible with scheduling as the clinic operates 6 days a week from 4 : 45 AM to 5 : 15 PM.- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation (charting system not specified).
- No requirement for on-call or float duties.- Ensure compliance with all local and state dialysis regulations.- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
