Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Opportunity - Milford, CT
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with K-12 students in Milford, CT. This is a full-time role, offering 30 hours per week, where you will play a key part in supporting students with behavioral needs within a school setting.
Position Overview For RBT Job :
- Location : Milford, Connecticut
- Caseload : K-12 students
- Hours : 30 hours per week
- Contract : Through Sunbelt Staffing
Key RBT Responsibilities :
- Work closely with students to implement individualized behavior plans.
- Collaborate with the school team, including teachers and parents, to support student progress.
- Document behavior interventions and track student outcomes.
- Follow guidance from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in developing student interventions.
Needed to be Registered Behavior Technician :
- Must hold current RBT certification.
- Prior experience in a school or educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage challenging behavior.
