Sales Driven Intake and Utilization Coordinator
Overview :
As a Sales Intake Growth Coordinator for our Long Beach Office. You will be responsible for the coordination and growth of services to the prospective clients and referrals we receive.
This is not a remote position
Responsibilities :
Reply to referral emails from Regional Centers, start of care calls, following up to make sure their preferred providers are starting the application & follow-up with RCs for auths..
Provide prospective clients with welcome packet & link for their preferred providers by end of day.
Call each new referral within 24 hours.
Work off reports provided by Data Manager to evaluate if authorizations are maximized.
Follow-up with families, to make sure that they are fully maximizing their authorized hours.
Follow-up with preferred providers who have been inactive for some time, reminding them of available work, and upcoming deactivations if they do not work.
Assist the SD Team in getting the individuals hired, if needs be.
Maintain and enhance processes that will lead to growth in billable hours.
Work with Team-Leader & Manager to identify strategies to expand maximization of authorizations.
Qualifications :
Microsoft Office Knowledge
Dependable, punctual and proactive
Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency, ability to quickly learn software
Works well with others (teamwork)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and reference check
Posted Min Pay Rate :
USD $19.00 / Hr.
Posted Max Pay Rate :
USD $25.00 / Hr.
