Mortgage Loan Officer (NonQM)
Location : Hybrid, CT / MA
Salary $100,000+

Your Role :
You are a sales focused, results driven team player who loves fast pace, loves talking to clients on the phone and are motivated by making money based on your efforts.
You will work with prospective borrowers and focus on our DSCR loan product, provide pricing, answer their questions, ensure there is a good mutual fit and explain the process.
You will work within our proprietary HQ software, and interact with clients over the phone, text and email. Your job will be to advise clients, move the loan along and help them close.
We will fill your calendar with highly qualified leads, your job will be to move them to close.

Responsibilities :
- Understand and be able to clearly explain New Silver's value proposition, pricing and process
- Drive sales with a consultative approach
- Meet and beat monthly sales goals (expected origination volume $5mm+ per month)
- Build relationships with borrowers and earn repeat business
- Speak with borrowers on the phone, via email and SMS
- Be available after 5pm and have flexibility to accommodate clients
- Ability to spend 1-2 days per week in the West Hartford office
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of successful professional experience as a mortgage loan officer
- Highly motivated, sales and results driven
- NMLS license preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Experience with office technology such as Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Outstanding verbal and written skills that enable you to provide an excellent customer experience with borrowers and business partners.
