Salary ranges from $90,000-$125,000. Salary range is flexible and dependent on work history and experience. Includes either a company truck or monthly auto allowance.

What we need from you...

• Safety - You will maintain a safe jobsite and make sure everyone goes home at the end of the day.
• Schedule - You make sure the project is on time and that the subcontractors on schedule.
• Client Satisfaction - At the end of the job you will get a reference letter from the Project Owner and Architect.

• Have a high degree of structure and skill.
• Approaches assignments with a strong drive to master and complete
• Strong attention to detail and exactness as well as an inquisitive drive to analyze information and data on your own
• Responds positively to unpredictable situations or problems

Additional Expectations.....

• Know your way around a computer
• Ability to pass a background check
• Have a valid driver's license and must be insurable by our insurance company
• This is a safety sensitive position and you must have a negative drug test including testing negative for marijuana
• Comfortable and Proficient speaking to groups up to 10 people for 30-45 minutes at a time
