Client is seeking a Product Owner to be a part of our expanding Information Technology team.

You will help shape the digital experiences needed to advance Clients vision.

The Product Owner is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle.

This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.

It involves defining the product vision and working closely with engineering and support teams.

Customer satisfaction goals must be met.

The Product Owner also ensures the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

You must be a 'User' focused individual who keeps the customer at the heart of everything we do.

You will define and prioritize the product roadmap.

You must balance budget, timelines, and other constraints.

You will develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

You will ensure alignment with the organization's product strategy and business objectives.

You must clearly communicate our strategy and key metrics in regular product sync-up meetings.

These meetings involve business, peers, and other interlocked teams.

You will gather valuable inputs, update the plans accordingly, and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders.

You will take initiative in getting the requirements and provide clear interpretations using user stories.

You must write product requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You must prove yourself to be data-driven and base decisions on facts rather than opinions.

You must display passion about product development and constantly look for ways to improve it.

You must exhibit strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

You will measure product performance and value delivered to clients.

You must adjust product roadmaps and plans where necessary.

You must be skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

You must keep an open mind and be a team player with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications / Requirements

You must have 8+ years of progressive career in IT.

You must have 5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner for a SaaS product.

Experience with Salesforce is essential, and experience in Service Cloud is preferred.

You should have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and features.

You should stay updated on new features and functionality that are released.

You must have good product design and interaction design skills.

You should be able to write a detailed Product Requirements Document.

You must have strong problem-solving skills.

You must be able to break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks.

You must pay attention to user experience and details.

You must have good data analyzing skills.

You should be familiar with data-driven product optimization.

You must have a positive attitude and a willingness to solve complex problems.

You must have good communication skills.

You should be able to coordinate different teams to achieve the goal.

Cross-culture work experience is preferred.

At least one Salesforce certification is required.

You must have a Bachelor's degree or above.

General Information

The job description involves contributing to driving the Product Vision that addresses cross-domain market needs.

The product must have strong business viability.

The product must align with the Product / Platform Portfolio and guidance from Managers.

You will assist Managers in delivering the desired product and platform outcomes.

This includes taking the product from initial conception to implementation and support.

You must be a strong evangelist of the Product & Platforms Division's Vision and Philosophy.

You will actively contribute to driving the product vision and approach.

You must base this on sound product research and discovery through modern product discovery practices.

You will perform primary and secondary research.

You will execute and track the product / platform strategy.

You must ensure clear and unambiguous translation of Product Value Roadmap deliverables.

This enables the product team to complete work.

You must ensure adherence to the Product Value Roadmap set by Product Managers and Product Leadership.

You must draft user stories and ensure they are clearly understood by cross-functional product teams.

You must ensure product requirements are gathered and prioritized.

You must ensure commitment to and tracking of clear Product Metrics under guidance from Managers.

You will drive the execution of product development in collaboration with Product Team members.

These members include Product Design, Technology, and Data Science teams.

You will track and drive Product Metrics and success goals under guidance from Managers.

You must adhere to modern product management practices and standards.

You must provide periodic status updates.

You will support Product Managers and Senior Product Managers in product demos.

You will support in achieving the Product OKRs.
