Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Manage WIB OurValley page, weekly or as needed responsible for content creation, updating calendar and documents, and proactively communicating to appropriate audiences to create awareness and volunteer involvement.
- Collaborates with Director and the Marketing Department to manage WIB social media calendar, content creation and posting on WIB social media platforms.
- Manage all monthly WIB Ambassador and Member features through employee, corporate communications as well as the monthly member newsletter.
- Assist Director with all event and program communications to Ambassadors, other bankers, WIB members, vendors, etc. Manage the WIB database in Salesforce to show program progress and success.
- Assist Loan Officers and Market Managers in new account on-boarding in Salesforce pulls needed reports and creates new reports as needed.
- Working with the Director, coordination of public relations, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral with the Marketing Department.
- Manage WIB marketing materials ordering new supplies, coordinating all with the bank's vendor and inventory tracking.
- Assist Director with budget monitoring and expense tracking including processing bills and invoices as well as tracking for expense control by analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Work with Marketing Department to build, monitor, and disseminate data reports, including social media engagement, market data, and customer data as directed.
- Plan and facilitate calls as needed with WIB Ambassadors to keep internal bank partners informed about the WIB program.
- Work with Ambassadors to coordinate and facilitate WIB events, trade shows, and sponsored community events, while ensuring the corporate and the program brands are consistent and presented accurately.
- Maintain community sponsorship event calendar, and coordinate marketing needs, event attendees, event communications and calendar invites, and provide reporting of involvement post-event.
- Prepares agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions and reports for corporate meetings.
