LPN Responsibilities & Requirements :
- Valid unencumbered NY (LPN) or completion of a Nursing Assistant Training Program.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
