Client
Our client is a national contractor looking for a lead Superintendent to help them with their ever-growing pipeline of projects they have in the South Florida market.
They specialize in ground-up, multi-family projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with owners, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project completion
- Oversee day-to-day project on-site activities
- Review the daily construction schedule
- Leading daily morning meetings, training workers, ordering equipment and materials
- Ensure that the site is OSHA-compliant
Qualifications
- 7+ years of residential construction experience
- Experience as Lead Superintendent on a minimum of one previous project
- OSHA 30 certified
- Strong relationships with local subcontractors
- Ground-up experience is preferable
- Ability to organize people, tools, and equipment
