We are in search of a proficient Help Desk Analyst for our team based in Chicago, Illinois. This role is situated within the detail-oriented services industry and provides an opportunity for long-term contract employment.
The successful candidate will be tasked with resolving help desk-related issues, providing training, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive phone and deskside support to resolve desktop and server related issues
- Accurately log all phone interactions with the Help Desk, ensuring all issues are documented in the Incident Tracking database
- Perform direct troubleshooting tasks including software installation and upgrades, hardware installation, file backups, and application configuration
- Provide support for audio and video conferencing services, including technical and logistical aspects
- Actively participate in the development of end-user IT training materials and provide instruction during customer service interactions and scheduled training sessions
- Maintain operational availability of all technological resources such as workstations (laptops, desktops), printers, data communication equipment, and audio-visual equipment
- Implement mobile device configurations, including Android Development and Apple Devices
- Gain proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Active Directory for better system management
- Handle different aspects of computer hardware and configuration management
- Manage deployments and EO / IR systems to maintain efficient operations.
- Proficiency in Android Development is mandatory.
- Knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies.
- Solid understanding of Database management.
- Ability to work with Active Directory.
- Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Apple Devices.
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware and its troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in Configuration Management.
- Experience in Deployments is required.
