Weekly Pay Range - $1129 To $1255 Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
SNF experience preferred License : State License Verification required Certifications : Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date Must-Have : Resume- License Verification- Completed Prescreen Form- References (3)- Background checks : County Criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked), Federal Criminal (7 years or more), Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more)- Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more)- HHS / OIG Search- GSA Search- Social Security Number Trace- 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray- SAM Search Job Description : Assist in delivering physical therapy services to patients under the direction of a physical therapist.
- Implement treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and increase physical fitness and strength.
- Record patient progress and report to physical therapist and other healthcare personnel as necessary.- Educate patients on exercises and safety protocols to optimize healing and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinic policies.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.- Facilitate effective communication with patients, family members, and healthcare staff.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in providing care.
