Job Title : Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
Location : North Providence, RI 02904
Job Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Mid-Shift : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM
Job Overview :
This Medical Lab Technician (MLT) role in an acute care facility involves performing laboratory tests and procedures, with a strong focus on blood banking, hematology, and chemistry.
The technician will work with both outpatient and inpatient lab services, ensuring accurate and timely results for a variety of tests, including body fluid analysis, microscopic UA, and complement testing.
Key Requirements : Experience :
Experience :
- Minimum of 3 years of lab experience, including blood bank and hematology experience.
- Must be experienced in body fluids testing, C3 and C4 complement testing, and chemistry.
- Analyzer skills are necessary.
Certifications :
ASCP-MLT or MT certification required.
Special Skills :
- Must be proficient with microscopes, body fluid analysis, and using laboratory analyzers.
