Job Description

Our client is a dedicated precast concrete company based in Hortonville, WI, focused on delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and team-oriented work environment. They are looking for a reliable and hardworking laborer to join their team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

Location : Hortonville, WI

Pay : $16+ depending on qualifications / experience

Shift : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete products.
  • Load, unload, and move materials and supplies.
  • Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Support carpenters and other team members with tasks as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform general manual labor tasks such as mixing concrete and lifting heavy materials.
  • Reliability and strong attendance are essential we value team members who show up ready to work each day.

Job Requirements :

  • Use power tools and equipment; apply basic math skills such as reading a ruler and taking accurate measurements.
  • Previous experience in general labor or construction preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Reliable, respectful, and able to work well with others.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
