Our highly regarded Nashville law firm is seeking an emerging Attorney to join our litigation team. We are in search of a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process, and a desire to further their career.

As an integral member of our litigation team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of litigation in a broad spectrum of matters.
The attorney for this position should be able to manage their own cases. But our partners are always available for guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications :
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Proficiency in drafting briefs, pleadings, motions, and written discovery
- Experience handling multiple cases independently, while collaborating on cases in a team setting
- Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
- Active membership with the TN state bar
- Motivated to learn and grow
Responsibilities :
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Take and defend depositions and attend court hearings
- Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
- Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements
- Manage your own cases
