Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership in the development, execution, and verification of all quality systems.
- Lead the quality oversight program for aseptic operations and provide training and technical support for operational employees related to GMP's, aseptic processing, and product quality.
- Ensure compliance to all regulatory, customer, and corporate programs and participate in audits.
- Maintain consistent communication and foster teamwork between all personnel and departments.
- Develop and monitor plant sanitation programs and identify areas of opportunity through data analysis.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
- 5+ years' supervisory or managerial experience in a food plant manufacturing environment.
- Completed HACCP training and knowledge of quality systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
