Investigate andresolve complex technical issues promptly. Collaborate with L1 / L2support and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.
Handsondesign implementation configuration integration and deploymentexperience with CIAM tools like OKTA Ping etc. Well versed with allthe various CIAM components and modules.
Experience in the designand implementation of CIAM custom connectors. Web Services (bothSoap Based as well as Restful). Platform Expertise : Develop indepth knowledge of Auth0 and Okta CIAMplatforms.
Assist customers with configurationintegration and customization. Incident Management : Monitor andmanage incidents adhering to SLAs.
Document troubleshooting stepsand resolutions. Customer Communication : Communicate effectivelywith customers providing clear and concise instructions.
Escalatecritical issues to L3 support or engineering teams. ContinuousImprovement : Identify areas for process improvement and contributeto knowledge base articles.
Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices. Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer scienceInformation Technology or related field.
Experience : Overall 10years in access management space Minimum 4 years of experience inCIAM support or related roles. Proficiency in Auth0 and Okta CIAMplatforms.
