Qualifications
- 3+ years (Senior) or 5+ years (Staff) of proven success in full cycle recruitment
- Experience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadership
- Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics with a positive attitude
- Ability to utilize market data and insights to help guide talent strategy conversations
- Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
- Experience managing or assisting to develop scalable hiring solutions across an enterprise level organization
- Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time
- Success in developing inclusive pipelines
- Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed
- Success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
- BA / BS or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs for today and the future
- Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers; coaching and influencing on effective search, compensation, and assessment strategies
- Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines / domains
- Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close candidates
- Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members
- Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
- Collaborate and partner across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for others
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like People Partners, Compensation, Onboarding, etc. to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $119,500 - $203,000, Bay Area California $120,000 - 204,000, Southern California $114,000 - 191,000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
