Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. seeks a Quality Assurance Manager in Jersey City, NJ to oversee centralized functional testing for multiple business areas, including functional, regression, end-to-end, test automation, and client testing as well as conversion and implementation planning.

Manage test effort for large, complex, multi-system projects. Ensure standards and quality controls are met. Work with internal business and systems areas to guide software quality following the latest industry standards.

Coach and mentor testers toward effective QA activities that embed quality into our SDLC processes and behaviors. Ensure smoke and regression test automation is built, run, and maintained for all IT projects, including automation framework design to support new technologies and test coverage.

Remote work permitted 2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, plus 8 years of progressively responsible experience in the following : managing software quality engineering projects, including QA principles and best SDLC practices;

overseeing automation and performance testing; leveraging JIRA, SQL, Java, REST API, CI / CD, Selenium, Jenkins, and a commercially available test management tool, such as qTest or Quality Center.
