We want you to join our vibrant team as a Shift Leader at Papa John's in Chevy Chase, MD. Lead the charge in delivering top-notch service and delicious pizzas in a fast-paced environment.
With a competitive hourly salary ranging from $18 to $19 per hour , you'll oversee operations, coordinate tasks, and motivate our team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities :
Bring your leadership skills to the forefront and thrive in a dynamic setting where teamwork and passion for quality pizzas drive our success.
- Responsibilities include;
- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
- Ensure food quality and service standards are met
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor team members to enhance performance
- Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed
Qualifications :
- Experience in the food service industry
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
