A company is looking for a Director of Outpatient Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with legal and accreditation requirements

Supervise pharmacy staff to maintain efficient operations and high-quality patient care

Implement operational efficiencies and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy; PharmD preferred

Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Florida

Three years of pharmacy experience; five years of managerial experience preferred

Knowledge of relevant accreditation and certification requirements

Ability to establish goals and implement strategic vision
