Job Summary :
The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking applications for an HR Professional within the School of Medicine Office of the Dean.
This full-time, open-rank position will serve as a resource to Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) throughout the School of Medicine.
The HR Professional reviews and approves entries in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system, reviews and approves letters of offer and additional pay, provides consultation and training to HRBPs, and updates and maintains a variety of databases and other systems.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a customer-service-driven individual who is ready to help create change and be part of a team of professionals dedicated to collaborative approaches, relationship building, and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and approve a variety of entries and transactions in HCM.
- Create and run a variety of reports.
- Review and approve letters of offer.
- Communicate and provide status updates to a variety of stakeholders.
- Create transactions in HCM as necessary.
- Perform payroll-related duties.
- Review, process, and approve incentive and on-call payments.
- Provide consultation, training, and guidance to HRBPs, school leaders, and employees.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete records ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and University laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with special projects and HR-related initiatives.
- Serve as a resource on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Work Location :
Hybrid this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.
