Pay Rates $15.00 - $18.00 dependent upon experience)
Pacos Tacos & Tequila is looking to add an experienced line cook to our team. We are known for giving Charlotte the best Tex-Mex the city has to offer.
If you have high volume scratch kitchen experience we would love to meet you! This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Charlottes largest food groups with endless growth potential!

Daily Responsibilities Include :
- Prepare amazing creations from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results
- Multitask with focus and great ability
- Know and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices
- Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items using ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of kitchen equipment
- Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your work station stays clean and organized, and follow all of the food handling standards
We Are Looking for Someone Who :
- Loves cooking and can work well with others
- Excels in a fast-paced environment
- Has advanced understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills
- Has at least two years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- Has good communication skills
- Is comfortable standing for 8+ hour shifts
- Can lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
- Has the flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
