Valpak of Northern Utah has a part-time / full-time outside sales position available in the Weber / Davis County area. We’re looking to hire and train a new print / digital marketing consultant to create and maintain new and existing customer relations.
Our upbeat and friendly work environment is a great place for any outgoing personality type. While working here you will learn to implement many types of current marketing programs while working with all types of businesses.
Compensation is commission plus bonus. Commission is weighted heavily for the first six months to benefit new sales reps.
Seasoned reps often earn in excess of $70K per year working approximately 20-25 hours a week. Prior sales experience appreciated, but not required.
A comprehensive training program is provided and we offer a generous commission program. Not to mention Valpak offers an extremely flexible schedule, We have been in business in Northern Utah since 1993 and are looking to add another person to our team.
Perfect for college students looking foe a side gig and or people who need to make their own schedule.
Position Responsibilities :
Representatives are responsible for acquiring and maintaining new accounts. Rep must be customer-focused, self-motivated, and proactive as well has having a basic knowledge of the internet and social media.
Duties include : Cold Calling; Presenting to new prospects via Zoom and Potentially in person; Implementing direct mail and digital marketing campaigns; etc.
All aspects of this position can be done remotely via the internet with minimal in office requirements. Most initial training is done in person at our Roy Utah location.
Attributes of a successful Valpak rep include : Flexibility to work with all personality types, willingness and ability to meet new people, being able to think quickly, and adapt to unexpected situations, coachable and goal oriented.
Having the ability to analyze each situation to meet the needs of each customer is a big plus. If you can do these things, you will love this job.
