You will work with our handpicked RBT's to help our children who have autism, by developing a treatment plan to be implemented by the designated RBT.
Your friendly, dedicated, and experienced Clinical Director will be with you to guide you.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities :
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills :
- At least one year working as a BCBA
- Passion
- Confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration
- Dependability
