- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- BLS required
- 16 - 20 patients per day, geriatric patients
- Well visits, preventative medicine, cold / flu, chronic disease maintenance, immunization, lab & test
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
