Let's talk about compensation. Did you know that Brevard Public Schools offers our teachers a pay supplement based on years of experience?
Our voters passed a millage last November and all teachers, from zero to 19+ years of experience, will receive a supplement.
The pay ranges based on years of experience, but for a teacher with 19+ years teaching, that's approximately an additional $7,849 in your pocket (pay and supplement are prorated, if you didn't start working in August).
This raises the overall compensation higher than our neighboring counties , so create your application to teach within Brevard Public Schools at www.brevardschools.org.
We also offer advanced degree supplements, if the advanced degree is related to one's job responsibilities.
As Brevard County's largest employer, we are proud to offer excellent medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, plus retirement options, to all full-time employees.
Launch our 5th graders potential for success at Harbor City Elementary!
