Registered Nurse (RN) - $5,000 sign on bonus + competitive benefits

This role offers an hourly rate in the range of $50-60 / hr based on experience, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time new hires, and a comprehensive benefits package.
We are open to hiring both experienced and newly licensed RNs, with multiple shift options available to suit your lifestyle.
Responsibilities :
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
- Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Qualifications :
- Must hold a valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Full vaccination against Covid-19 is required
- Demonstrated ability to handle medical information discretely
- Compassionate and effective interpersonal communication skills
