ABOUT A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP : T ypical day What youre getting into

Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional service to all Bernicks guests and customers, while being cross trained in areas such as Sales, Service, and Reception.

We are looking for a strong multi-tasker, who can focus on a variety of general office duties and administrative support functions all while speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone .

Customer Service Reps receive, answer, and route incoming telephone calls for reception , sales and service, as well as, assist with product inquir i es including donations, specials, product invoicing, etc.

The Customer Service Team is responsible for providing support to both Service and Accounting, which includes entering service requests, dispatching, sorting of mail, package deliveries, and much more.

Our team members will learn something new or at least look at things differently every day. Expect a strong team atmosphere while also being able to set individual goals as well.

  • Exceptional phone, computer, and basic technology skills
  • E ffective time management skills and can adapt quickly to change
  • Provide feedback and exceptional service to internal and external customers
  • M ulti - task, trouble shoot, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU :

  • Can work independently and as a team
  • Have 1-3 years of Customer Service experience (preferred)
  • Have 1-3 years Switchboard or Call Center experience (preferred)
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Have experience in telecommunication s (preferred)
  • S tay motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Effectively communicate and work hard go beyond expectations!

HOURS : Full - time (40 hours a week)

  • Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 A M - 4 : 30 PM
  • No weekends or holidays required
