Inside Sales Representative

Boulder, CO or Austin, TX

The Inside Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

What You Will Do :

  • Source new sales opportunities through targeted outbound cold calls and emails, LinkedIn DM and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements for Service Providers & End users
  • Understand the value our solution delivers for system integrators & channel partners in building solutions for their customers.
  • Excellent opportunity qualifying skills asking the RIGHT questions of the RIGHT people
  • Route large opportunities to the appropriate sales VPs for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
  • Research key verticals & target accounts and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online presentations & demos to prospects
  • Target customers across Americas, Europe and APAC regions
  • Provide market insight to Sales VPs and Marketing team What You Need to Succeed :
  • Experience working remotely
  • Proven technology product inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong video conference presence and experience engaging in dozens of meetings per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • French, German or Spanish language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience selling PropTech (Property Management) or Energy Management solutions or Smart Home or IoT an advantage, but not essential.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience What Youll Get from Us :

Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

  • The expected Base Salary Range : $49,300 - $102,300 - The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
