Clinical Operations Assistant, Surgical Services

Work Schedule : 100% FTE, day shift.

Monday - Friday 6 : 40AM - 3 : 10PM.

Bring your administrative expertise to help support this amazing surgical team! We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to :

• Work in Outpatient OR
• Create and maintain schedules for departmental staff including communicating with the leadership team to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Facilitate CPR / ACLS courses for department.
• Maintain vacation calendars, paging lists and other documents. At UW Health, you will have :

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field Preferred Work Experience
• 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
• 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
