Oversee preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory so your team can focus on solutions, not searching for tools. 5+ years of engineering experience - Because solving HVAC mysteries takes more than just duct tape. Leadership background - You've built high-performing teams and know how to coach with accountability. P&L and budgeting experience - Dollars and sense matter. Your financial know-how keeps projects efficient. Capital planning savvy - You know when to repair, when to replace, and how to plan for both. Tech competence - Familiarity with CMMS systems, Microsoft Suite, and web-based tools helps you stay ahead. 100% travel availability - You'll be on the move, 30 days on and 7 days off, providing face-to-face support to hotel teams across the country.
